but i never applied never heard of them. They said i was approved and the funds would be in my acct the next business day and it would be due on my next business day, but there is no more information such as amount of any sort.
I my acct is already closed, but this is wierd, i dont want to have to fight with another illegal pdl. the only info they have for contact info is to fax.
thanks

right on dawnlango, that is a spam email.i get alot of those per day.off into the trash they go.you see,the pdl's companies share information.that is how they got your e-mail.

this one is different.
It is a downloan that just states my loan was approved and to expect the funds to be deposited into my bank acct 12:00 midnite and to call my bank to make sure it was deposited. You may need to speak with the ACH dept at your bank.
As a reminder your loan will be refinanced on each due date. Refinancing will continue until you contact us letting us know you want to pay the loan in full. Then it gives a fax# for contact info and says i cant respond to this email.
I still get many many emails stating im approved, but this one says they ARE depositing money, where is it going to go?? It doesnt show an amount or anything, this is why imasking. I know this is not one of those others that i get all of the time,
Anyone else deal with this from this place

If they actually try to deposit the funds into the closed account, they will be rejected by the bank & sent back. If by some stoke of bad luck they deposit it into your open account, you should be able to go to the bank & reject the deposit. Hopefully, they don't have your new info, but they can be sneaky so you never know.
