I have read and understand your email. We only accept electronic payments. The loan payoff listed below is the best I can do for you. As of today, your total account balance is $510, settlement is for $356,payment arrangements are for two (2) payments $178 due on 10-31, and 12-01. To confirm this payoff you will need email back and specifically confirmthis payment arrangement. Once you have done that I will email you withWestern Union information. This is a loan payoff, meaning once you confirm this payoff by providingyour card information, your account will then be removed from thecollections process, your balance will be frozen and no further charges willbe assessed on the loan balance as long as you follow through with theagreed arrangement. This was in answer to this one:
I just replied to your e-mail received yesterday. You obviously can't orwon't read it. My account is closed. You have refused to receive mycertified letters and answer my e-mails. Read the e-mail I sent yesterday. It explains everything. END
Keep in mind I only borrowed $300 from these people and my balance was $30.00 at the time of default. These people are outrageous! I hope I didn't break some rule by posting the name and e-mail at the bottom of their e-mail, but figured out someone else might need it. This is from payday-loan-yes. The return e-mail was: atkins@payday-loan-yes.com
Hope this helps someone else. And give someone a good laugh. It sure did me!
Regards to everyone,

Question
Was this a legal internet or store front company in your state or illegal? I dont think alot of these companies have physical addresses that is why you are getting returned mail. The internet PDL's are the worst. Have you heard anything from the other pdl's you owe money to by phone or are they just accepting the fact that your account is closed and you are not paying them?

This was a internet pdl. It is not licensed in my state to do business. The other pdl's have sent me e-mails letting me know there was a problem with my account. So far they are not responding to my e-mails other than that. Only 1 called and they called my references not me.
Calling References
I dont know why they have to call your references when you have made yourself available to them. I think it is to pressure you to pay them.

Tsk tsk to PaydayYes, if it were me, I would repeatedly send the email that explains everything, over and over again, daily. That will get their attention, sorta. lol I know when I did it, I finally received an email telling me to cease and desist contact with them. Ever funny. Then, after a few weeks I received another one of those emails stating there was a problem with my checking account, SO, I replied and told them I could no longer contact them due to the fact I was advised by one of their employees to cease contact with them. Hummmmmm, I never heard back from them.
