I would advise you to really look into credit solutions before you sign up with them. (or any other company). I gave credit solutions alot of money and they did close to nothing for me. Just do your homework and read everything and hold them to what they say they are going to do for them.

Consumer credit counseling Services will help you and won't charge outrageous fees since they are non profit ($25 start up fee and $25 per month) they will work with creditors on your behalf and negotiate a fair minimum payment. You make one pymt to CCCS each month and they pay the creditors. You never have to deal with creditors!!! When they call you , just tell them you are with CCCS and they go away :) Be careful though...there are lots of companies out there with a similar name to CCCS ...if you go to SuzeOrman.com there is also a section on debt repayment help and talks about CCCS there too! it will give a link and phone number I believe....

Yes, it's true, I once went through a CCCS, it was free of charge for me as it was a non profit organization, I can't say enough about how helpful they were!
