ok I am sure you all probably think I am crazy, This is how I lived for about 6 months, getting loan after loan, all because I was convinced into getting a car I could not afford, and could not afford to sell,so I broke up with my sons father who did nothing for me, or to help me pay our bills, and I was raising my son all one, no family or anything, and finally I just figured out to close my account and start fresh, now they hassle me every day and I don't know what to do, I am scared they will garnish wages and I won't survive with my
3yr old. I live in FLORIDA HELP Please.

Florida requires Internet based pdl's to be licensed by your state. Keep in mind that Florida is known to have payday loan companies acting as CSO's (Credit Service Organizations). This means they do not need to be licensed, and are generally 100% legal in what they charge. The payday lender laws listed below do NOT apply to CSO's.

CashNetUSA- Legal
They are probably operating as a CSO (Credit Service Organization) in FL and are perfectly legal in what they charge, you will need to work out payment arrangements with them as they will sue you and could possibly garnish your wages once they get a judgment against you.

GLS - I am uncertain about this one, what do the initials stand for?

Dicscount Advances - Uncertain but I am leaning toward illegal, perhaps someone else will have some info on them so please keep checking back.

247advances
- I can't find where they are even licensed in Utah, but even if they were it wouldn't apply to you because a pdl needs to be licensed in your state in order to lend to FL residents.
Address: 223 West Bulldog Blvd, Suite 529
Provo, UT 84604

Payday One is usually licensed in most states, this is another pdl you will need to get in contact with and make some sort of payment arrangements with.

Hi this comment is from Shazzers. You had also answered my forum questions thanks. But you said this about Cashnet usa

(CashNetUSA- Legal

Tyler and morgan who is out in florida said that cashnet usa is not the owners of my account but they have a new owner. I forgot the name. So if they are located in Florida and criminal action in that state is prohibited then can they sue me for $150. They were really ugly about the situation and threatened to take me to court. Help
