I am refiancing my house I settled with one credit card already and capitol is not budging so I can go through with the loan until we agree and the way its going not going to happen.
My question is, is there a company for debt settlement that will negiogate a one time thing pay and be done?I am waiting to be served with court papers anyday now.This is a debt form like a year ago.
