C & D and Validation

I need more information on these types of letters so I can send them out. Where is the books section of this forum, I read templates are located there but I cannot find them.

You can't say don't contact me and then ask them to contact you with validation. I would simply state that calls to you at work are not allowed and all calls to your home and cell are recorded.
