Guest, Rossman is a collection agency that might be collecting for a debt on behalf of your credit company. Since they have hit your credit file, you need to make sure if they are having your file with accurate details. Send a debt validation letter to their mailing address through certified mail. They must give the complete information about your accounts before you make a payment arrangement to them. If they are unable to give you anything about your account, the information entered by them in your credit report is disputed. Write letters to the CRA for correcting it.

They called me at 9pm tonight using an automated voice system. The system gave me this number: 800-250-8935. I've been getting calls here for the past year and a half for the person who had my phone number before me.

They can call you between the hours of 8a.m. and 9p.m. however, they cannot continue to harrass you once you tell them the person that they are looking for does not live there and that is not their number! Speak to a manager and make an FCC threat!

Hi Josey,

Your query is not very clear to me. If I'm not wrong then I think that you are in the middle of a debt relief program. before answering your query we need to know...in which type of program are you in?

If you need better response from our community members then please start a new thread by asking your question with more information.

rossman is not a rip off collection agency..they only do their job..to collect money and if people would pay their bills on time they would never get calls..after all no service at any doctor or hospital is free.. and most people act like it is. they have millions of accounts and if it is reported to your credit it can take up to seven years to get it cleared off..it will be reported as paid if the debtor decides to pay it off. Most of the times it is the debtors responsibility to make sure the insurance gets billed and on a timely manner. If they call and it's the wrong number how hard is it to say wrong number? not very hard at all..some one who had your phone number before you could have tons of accounts and somehow you are the lucky one to end up with their phone number and they now call you. Stop ******** and be legitiment about everything...

I have been paying my bill to the hospital I owe to religiously every month and still got turned in. They said my bill wasn't going down fast enough lol. I had to get it payed off in a certain amount of time. I believe if a person is making the required payment, they shouldn't be allowed to pull this nonsense. I think this CO. is a rip off company :)

If the gov't would help people get medical insurance for the low income-middle class group then maybe there would be less collection action going on. My family makes too much for any kind of help and cant afford insurance at work and we DO get sick and need to go to the dr or hospital. What do you think we should do just be sick or hurting?

Rossmann and Co is F^%! up They are calling us about a bill that we never got because the hospital submited it wrong or something to our insurance company. We call the hospital billing department and the say it is taken care of and it was their fault. Leslie tells us that it is our responsablity to take care of the the issue, but the issue was already taken care of by the hospital. We pay our bills and have very good insurance.

The people that work for Rossmann and Co. are very rude and
they will not help you try to resolve the issue either.
