you will get the PIF.i just never hear of anyone getting a refund from any MTE pdl.be persistent,and you will get the PIF.the refund they really fight.
They violated my ACH revocation that I SENT 3 business days
I am reporting these bozos to the New Mexico AG's office and the BBB. I revoked my authorization in writing on October 13, 2008 which is 4 business days prior to my due date of today. Guess what? They withdrew the money anyway. Now I am very very angry.

Unfortunately unless your account is closed or blocked, they will try to get their money, especially if you give them notice...I would do as Shazzers suggested and disput the transaction, then I would close the account. If ameriloan can't get their money through the withdrawl they will try & put a paper check through. At least if it is closed they can't get anything
