FDRS is a boiler room telemarketing scam. Their "Debt Termination" is an outright fraud. Stay away from FDRS aka Federal debt relief System aka Mark Cella......they are a scam operation!

I got involved with them about 2 years about and am facing a law suit from 1 of my creditors what can I do now to prevent the suit from going ahead

Sorry yo hear you got scammed by the douche bags. You don;t have a lot of options at this point. You can pay them in full , work out a payment arrangement or try to settle the account. Or wost case scenario you may want to speak with a bankruptcy attorney to explore your options of bankruptcy.
