at this point i was bummed then she goes on to say ive been hiding and all this stuff and that she will tell my admin that i used a work computer to commit fraud x wrong i used my home cpu so i asked her for the ip address well she couldn't give it to me it was down stairs so then i again i asked her again who was gonna pick me up took her awhile then she said Jone's county so i think she did some google at this point so like everyone else i freaked and still kinda paranoid so i left work in disbelief thinking i will go to jail or still might so i got home and researched everything i could on this company i found a few complaints but not many so i called this lady back asking if i could have till 4pm my time 5pm there time so she gave me till 430 so im still scared at this point i called a lawyer and asked him the laws on internet payday loans in TX well he told me not to worry cause only the gov can take you to jail for not paying a debt well then my wife gets home we do more research well i find the limitations so with a hour hour i call this lady back and tell her theres no way i can get the money well she tells me good luck i was like wait so whats gonna happen again well she tells your gonna be picked up by the cops i was like hmmm arent you breaking some laws right accusing me of fraud then she raised her voice at me sir you did you didn't have the funds to pay back the loan you committed fraud so good luck to u and lawyer so now im still worried or shouldn't i plz help

You are not in any danger of criminal charges. They would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this was a deliberate act. And unless you have done this multiple times they cannot.
No police agency will come and arrest you. This is purely civil.
I also think you misunderstood the lawyer you CANNOT be arrest for not paying a debt. The only exception to this would be if you refused to pay per a court order. And that would be for disobeying the court (called contempt of court).
BLN is required to send you a letter detailing who the original creditor was, how much is owed and your right to dispute all or part of the debt within thirty days of receipt.
