Outback Bucks – need to contact them. Can anyone help?

I was able to reach OBB a couple of weeks ago. They told me to fax a copy of my bank statement showing the transaction they took from my account even after I had already paid them off a month before that. I was told it would take 1-2 days to the money back into my account. After a little more than a week and nothing showed up, I called again last week and demanded they give me my $65 back right away. I was told they would get on it right away and they did. It was in my account the next day. They even gave me an extra $35 which I demanded something extra for the time I spent tracking them down.

How did you contact them? At the number that was listed on their previous site?

Yes, it was at the same number. It took a long time for somebody to answer the phone but I took the time and held on.

I went to the outbackloans.com website to try to check on what I owe adn it is no longer and active site. I called and also got the "we are closed" and it stated their Mon-Fri hours. It only said "Thank you for calling the loan call center" Does anyone know anything about how to access your loan amounts without sitting on hold for a human for hours???

i had requested back in july 10,2009 to schedule to pay 200.00 to this day
you people are just taking out money from my account for as more than

i believe pdlventures has taken over for outback bucks, i had a similar problem. but found out that they were under a new company.

I took a loan out thru outback bucks and when the withdrew the money from my account they withdrew twice as much. i had to close my account before the next one would go thru. when i called them they claimed i hadnt paid them anything yet. definitely wouldnt recommend wasting your time on this rip off!

866-443-6985 is the number i called to pay off my obb loan. it was bought out by pdl ventures i think. the collection rep kept referring to it as pdlventures...

Im in a simular situation, you need to call Md Regulations Commission Enforcement and ask to speak to Susan E'bon, make sure to keep documentation on hand also the person you spoke to her number is 1-410-230-6073.
