anyway,refile your complaints.did you send a DV and C&D letters?if not send them certified mail return receipt.if so,look into your legal options in regards to fdcpa violations.whether or not you owe is not the issue.this bottomfeeder is breaking the law.look in the search box on the upper right.it will tell you all you need to know.

These same ppl are harassing me at work regarding a PDL that I took out with Eastside Lenders. I've paid the minimum $90 5 times before my bank account was closed (Eastside wouldn't respond to my request for records). I'm an Ohio resident and the original loan was for $300.
I also got a call from PDM who says they are going to file charg
I also got a call from PDM who says they are going to file charges against me because of a bad check. I then asked them if this call was being recorded because since they called my work, it was being recordedit on my end- they hung up.

PDM is a bottomfeeder deluxe and that is the typical threat of a bottomfeeder CA for an illegal pdl.tell them to come and get you.they cannot and will not do that because everybody.debts are civil matters not criminal ones.
