Has anyone had experience using New Beginnings, LLC out of Florida?

They are one of the better settlement companies out there. They are members of the BBB and USOBA. Plus I believe they offer a 55 % settlement money back guarantee , so basically if they can`t settle the debt for at least 55 % or lower they refund you. They are certainly not the only good settlement company out there but one of the best . If you choose to hire a company to settle for you instead of settling these debts on your own than they are one of your better choices.

Thanks for the info. They've sent me a proposal and that guarantee was included. They seemed willing to work with me and they indicate their fee would only be 5.5% as opposed to others I've seen in threads here that paid 10 to 15%. They were referred to us after we could not refinance a mortgage by the mortgage company as a way to lower our debt to income ratio. I think I will try my self first to see how successful I can be.

Klosk can help with both debt management and debt settlement. I signed up with them in July. I did not want to hurt my credit, and i was able to make my payments on my cards....they just werent going anywhere. From what they told me, they only reccomend debt settlement if you are unable to repay your debts and dont want to file for BK. The management plan that i got gave me an avg reduced rates of about 9% or so, and even though my payment is not life changingly low, it has me scheduled to be out of debt in 4.25 years as opposed to 25 years if i had continued on the same path.

it is very hard to find a reputable debt settlement company nowadays!
the firs thing to look for is an HONEST company that knows what they are talking about. that has your best interest MOST DONT!
the second is an AFFORDABLE company that has a fee structure that not only drives the company to settle your debts but also a fee that is low enough so it doesnt damage the outcome of you getting out of debt in the end.

Did you go with Klosk and how did they fare for you? They are promising me $65k down to $40K with $601 payments a month. I'd really like to hear back thanks!

We have just went with them and it seems that everyone is trying to talk us out of it. Two of our creditors said that they would not do anything with them and even said that they have many law suites against them, which I have yet to find anywhere. They have only been there for us. Yet my creditors haven't seen a payment for 5 months. And that is starting to worry us.

I was reluctant too concerning Klosk Law Firm. However, I could not keep up even min payments when the big surge of high interest rates were charged to my cards. I took a leap of faith and had Klosk handle my accounts. There was never a time that my questions went unanswered, the team of staff were there to help me. I have one more payment and I will be debt free. It worked for me is all I can say.

:D
