Need help finding a number or location

I just received a call from a Kevin Harris. My sister had my phone and didn't know not to answer the weird numbers. He told her that he works with locator services and that they have been trying to get in touch with me about some bad checks or check fraud something of the sort and if I didn't then they would come serve papers. I know the games they play and assured her it was a scam, but the 855 number for a process server he gave her comes up for a hair salon whenever I googled it. I would like to report him to the bbb as I am sure that this is also who has been calling my job, but he got very rude and short with her then hung up when she asked for his number.
