Palisades Collection & AT T Wireless ruining my credit line!

I'm attempting to obtain a loan to purchase a car and was denied because a collection account appears on my credit report. This is from Palisades Collection Agency and it claims I owe AT&T Wireless over $1150! I' have never even had a cell phone from AT&T Wireless... I was a victim of Identity theft and have lawler documentation to prove it and I believe this person is still using my identity and is once again commiting fraudulent charges which are affecting me. Is my identity theft report supposed to show up on my credit report? How can i fix this!? Anyone?

Do you still have all the paperwork you filed initially? IDT affadavit and police report? Resend those, along with proof of ID and a list of fraudulent accounts that are showing on your credit reports to the CRA's. They must supress any tradeline and inquiry you have identified as being the result of IDT. Also, send a copy of the police report to Palisades. I would also call all 3 CRA's today and have a Fraud Alert activated on all 3 of your reports.
