Has anyone had experience with this law firm? They represent Discover and I have been sereved. Any advice? I'm calling them later today. I know I have to respond formally too, with the proper papers for the court. Thank you in advance for any help that you might give.

Check out a class action lawsuit filed in georgia and New York states by their attorney general. This firm goes under serveral names. you must have them VALIDATE your claim first,,, verify it through the credit reporting agencies... and dont do it on line, submit your request IN WRITING to Experian, Trans Union and Equifax... send it Certified mail, Return Receipt Requested.. you will need it for court.

You need to make a demand on them for all records in their possession, as they are re calculating the billls... I just found when I hired a company to help me settle the debts after an horrific accident that the company thinks they were settling, but I am finding out this firm of Eskanos and Adler is also known as Mann Bracket, LLC.. among other names...

Validate you bill, ask for a payment spreed sheet, ask for all pertinent account information, because if it goes to trial.... and you NEED to be there..... cause they dont want you there!!!!!-------------------- the matter may be dismissed cause they wont have a file or any supporting documentation and the judge rules on what he sees!!!

I was trying to set aside (known as a motion to vacate) a hearing they railroaded through, and since that time, I have a list of all the things they have done like get an abstract judgment to serve on the bank.... so sad there was no money in the account!! but now it has settled, the matter is alledgedly closed, but guess what, it is still open as far as the court knows.... and still collectible, so I must go and shut this down, not to mention that I am now going to file a cross complaint with my motion to vacate.

I was still recovering from an accident when they did this, but I am better today, and I am going to go after them for everything I can get.. and I might end up with more than the value of the case!!!!
