Credit scores will not improve over night. You need to start from the bottom and work your way up to a solid credit history again. Your score is based on a lot of things including the length of time you've held accounts, any late payments, % of credit available, etc. I guess the short answer to your question is no...it will not increase when you enroll in a program.
