Okay, first of all if this is posted in the wrong forum please move it to the right forum.
Okay, I have a confession to make I accidently bounced a check when I licensed my car like longer than 3 years ago, I immediately paid it, when my husband went in to license his truck my name is on a list at the DMV not to accept a check from me  ... they used my id for his check when I licensed his truck yesterday and they didn't say anything, stupid me I was too embarassed to ask them about it so I want your guys opinion, how can that be legal when I paid it in full over 3 years ago, right away. Does anyone know the bad check laws for the state of Nebraska and how would I go about getting my name off of that dumb list.
Any help would be appreciated.
