i did not borrow money from them. I never talked to them, but they deposited 150 or 200 in my acct. there were two different companies. the other was lazer lending. i did not realize at first because I sell a lot on amazon so i just figured it was deposits from them. but then they started taking money. I disputed the whole thing, including the deposits, so they have their money back. i had to start another acct. but somehow they have my new number. not sure if it is from the banker messing the paper work up and giving it to them or if they found it somehow. i am in the process of closing my second acct. this is very frustrating.

Yes, I have noticed that more money have been coming out of my checking account. I should of had this loan paid for at least 3 times already. I have not received any emails for the last 2 months about this payment coming out. So, I need some one to contact me asap or I will change my checking account number.

oakmont is a true scam. they steal and try to get away with it. i think they need to be suied and shutdown by anymeans possible

This is not oakmont funding. This is a forum to get out of the payday loan cycle.

I 2 got a loan through oakmont funding in 6/08 and have only had one email from them and they take 90.00 every other week out of my acct. I dont know how to get out of this I only borrowed 300.00 and they have got more then that from me like 1,620.00 and now wanting to sue me for the money plus 280 intrest and there still taking the 90.00 out of my acct can you help me thank you

You need to close the account. That is the ONLY way to stop them.

I got a loan with Oakmount back in 2008. Well today I notice that they tired to take 400.00 out of a new account I just open up with another bank. The bank that I had when I got the loan is closed. So I am trying to figure out how they got my new account number. Also I contacted their collection office and ask them to fax over the contract I have with Oakmount stating that they can take money out of any account that I have. They fax me a contract but it is not the one they had online that I read. How do I fix this?
