do not call or email them until your sure it's closed.if it isn't the illegal pdl's will debit you into a sea of nsf red ink.i think the pdl's will figure it out once there payment was returned.if you have any legal or storefront pdl's i would inform them.they might not put it through if they know,but some have done that as well.
bottom line i wouldn't tell the ipdl's anything about it.
