Can someone tell me when Daylight Savings Time starts this year

I;m not sure about this. My computer 'changed' to DST. However....if it DID happen, wouldn't all of the cell phones change, automatically, too?

you can thank our government for that.they changed it on the calender,but like you said computers and other technology will change when it was supposed to.
