I am slowly getting all my illegal Internet PDLs and Legal storefront PDls under control. it has been a difficult thing to do but:

I now have 2 out of 3 illegal PDLs paid in full

I have 4 storefront pdls: 1 is in default right now (50 days)

The defaulted PDL is Check N Go --- it is at 50 days old. Do they have to send me a Dunning Letter before they sue me in court?

Thanks

The original PDL is Quickest Cash Advance which is illegal in the state of Ohio. The original amount borrowed was $300.00. I am only morally obligated to pay the $300.00. But --- this debt has been forwarded to a collection agency "Mid-America Credit Bureau" and they state I owe $510.00 and I have sent them $100.00 to date. Now I have another collection agency calling on the same debt.

The first collection agency has not ever been asked to validate the debt. They have only ever sent me a letter stating the original creditor's name and an amount. That is it.

I'm not really sure what to do now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
