I owe about 25k to both and I'm 4 mos late on both. I only have funds to settle one. Which is easier to negotiate and settle with?

I just got word from my settlement company that they settled my $11,000 Chase account at 20%! However, it has been 11 months since I paid my last bill, and Chase no longer has the account - it has charged off and been with a collection agency for some time now. Since the email came in Friday night, and I haven't been able to find out more over the weekend, I don't know if it is back in-house or not. Don't have an AMX, so don't know about those.

we settled with Chase for about 50%. We are using a settlement co., but Chase filed legal action against us, so we were not able to get quite as good a deal as we might have otherwise.
Using the settlemt co. we did not start dealing until we had the full amount to pay. I've had other cc companies try to get us to settle making 3 monthly payments. Heck, if i could do that then i wouldn't have been behind in the first place. All people i talked to told me to get a loan to pay it or borrow the money from family. That's when we decided to go with a debt settlement company. We needed help and we were not getting it trying to do it ourselves. And the constant phone calls from collection agencies were just making our stress level skyrocket and we couldn't think straight. We are so much happier and now we've settled our first account. Only 3 more to go. Yeah!!!!!!!!
We have a AMX card, but we are keeping it current.

I talked to Chase today and they only offered me 6% over 60 mos. at 100% of the debt - wouldn't even take off the interest that accrued since I last used it 6 mos ago. I have been trying to get an answer on here as to whether folks think they will go lower or not. They also wanted access to my checking acct and I wouldn't give it so they said it was a deal breaker. Any ideas?

CHASE OWNS NCO EITHER.
CHASE OWN WAMU MY GREAT BANK EITHER.
I DO NOT THINK CHASE IS A GOOD BANK.
MAYBE AMEX IS WORST BUT I HATE CHASE BANK.
BE AWARE OF CHASE BANK.
I HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER BANK TO DEPOSIT MY MONEY.
I'M 12 YEARS WITH WAMU AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH WAMU.ANOTHER DAY I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM WAMU/CHASE VERY STRANGER AND I TOOK ALL MY MONEY FROM WAMU-CHASE.
