You should talk to a company in your area if you want to deal with the storefronts.
But you can do them on your own.
Advanced offers an EPP (extended payment plan) but you have to go in BEFORE your due date to request it. And you have to ask for it.
Check n go - as far as I know doesn't have a payment plan. They will send your check through to the bank and then they will send it to a collection agency and from there you can do a payment plan. (we are and we had 2 HUGE loans through them and are only paying $50 a month)
The rest I don'e know about. But if you have been a customer there for awhile you should be able to talk with the store manager (don't talk to anyone else) and tell him/her you situation and ask if there is a way to be put on some sort of payment plan.
The internet loans I would just let ride. They are not licensed anyway. So what you have paid in roll over fees you should take off of the original amount of the loan. And only repay what they borrowed you in the first place, nothing more.
So you don't need to pay anybody to do this for you. You can do it on your own. I did and we had about 10 internet loans and 10 storefront loans. If you need any help please ask and if you get frustrated just come here and we will help. You CAN do this!!!
Put a hard block on your checking account. Go to your bank and talk to a manager and tell them what is going on and that you just found out that the internet loans were illegal and that you don't want them getting your checking account negitive. And then go through your statements to see how much you have already paid them and once your storefronts are taken care of then if you owe any of the internet loans pay them. But not before you take care of the legal ones first.
