I am fed up with Ameriloan.

ameriloan needs to be stopped. What is a number that I fax them at? They have violated my ACH revocation for the 3rd time. I have 5 PENDING ACH transaction on my checking account this morning. My bank says they cannot do anything until the transactions post.

I settled with ameriloan through the BBB. Their response to my complaint made me sound like the the loser but in closing they agreed to a PIF. I over paid them by $585, I never expected a refund but I am glad they are out of my life.
