What happens if I receive a summons for trial due to a debt but I've already paid my first month's allotment to the Northstar. Do I still have to show up to for a trial?
Do you have anything in writing from the plaintiff's attorney?
Do you have anything in writing from the plaintiff's attorney? If you entered into a settlement agreement, and began making payments, they should have notified the court and withdrawn the matter.
