has anyone heard of this company, I have viewed my credit report and they have made inquires numerous times, but I have no idea who they are.

They are a collection agency based in MN.

debt

I've received a letter from them, on a old debt. When I tried to call, I never reached a 'real person'. It was always a recording. I'm not sure what to tell you about how to reach them. Can you send a Certified Letter to the address shown on the letter, concerning the debt?
