Some questions or legal help needed.
Apparently discover bank filed a lawsuite against me in PA. I owe about 7K and can;t pay all at once. The arrbitration hearing is scheduled for November 25th but I havent been served yet. What should I do if I am not properly served by the 24th? Also Is it true in PA they cannot garnish wages and they can't levy a joint bank account?
The debt is all mine and was mine before I got married?

Have you checked with the court to male sure this is real?

You have to have a certain amount of time prior to the court date so that you can prepare.
How did you find out about the suit?
One day when I got home a neighbor said the police were knocking
One day when I got home a neighbor said the police were knocking at the door. I did a little research and found out that there was a suit filled. I have not recieved an official paper work on when or where the hearing is to be. I know that it is the end of november though.
