I heard that Citi may not be able to hang in there any longer. Is that just a rumor? If it does go bankrupt just like WaMu, Goldman will take it over for sure. What will happen to the credit debts that we owed to Citibank?

If another company did take it over, than they would also take over any of Citi's accounts. Meaning the debt would still be owed - just to whoever takes it over.
