Need Payday Loan advice, please

I have an installment loan out with Ace Cash Advance, a subsidiary of Ace Cash Express, in Illinois. The loan was for 1000 dollars, with bi-weekly payments of 225 dollars. I was to make 10 total payments of 225. I have rolled this loan over twice and am now 5 payments through it, but I cannot make the payment this week. I know they are going to cash my check, but it won't clear. I'm terrified and feel lost. Can I do anything to make arrangements? If I can, what type of arrangement can I expect? I feel like a total loser right now, and I hope someone has some advice for me. I'd really appreciate it.

Before you default go in and tell them you cannot make the payment and see what they say. You have obviously been a good customer so hopefully they will work with you. One last thing go in before it is due.
