I was wondering if anyone here could help me out with this. I have an account with orchard back which was sent to nco. I then went and spoke with orchard bank and they said that i could set payments up with them on their website. I've gone ahead and done that. Now my question is how do i go about letting nco know that i'm making payments this way, because when i spoke with them the lady said that since it was sent to them i had to make my payments through them. I would prefer to make the payments to orchard bank directly because they're letting me do a smaller amount over a longer period of time as opposed to what nco wanted to do. So my question is can i just keep making the payments to orchard bank and not send anything to nco?

Worst Expierience!!!!

I just called NCO since I was told by my creditor that they have my account, so I call to make some kind of arrangments on my outstanding balance of $200 they immed stated that they only arrangments they make are biweekly and I explained my situation and they stated that the min they will take is 65.05 bi weekly I said that I wouldn't be able to make a payment until the 19th and they said oh sorry YOU CAN'T DO THAT YOUR 30 days will be up by than so than I got frustrated and said okay thanks and hung up.

What should I do now????? Should I send them a DV letter??? Can I fax it to them????
