No, but I'm watching for that too. When I was on the phone with Chase today I brought it up and they said "yeah, but that's months away and you'll be in litigation by then." Great.

Chase may just be trying to get more $ out of you, what litigation can they put you in. Just 7 years of low credit scores. Shoot everyone in the US is loosing their good credit right now and I feel the banks will be understanding in the future if they want our business. I'm gonna talk to someone in B of A's financial Dept and see what they've heard. Don't take their threats to heart, they can't do much. I'm still keeping an eye on that b4 going through the CMS thing with Integrity debt relief group.

Do a search Pilot Program Debt Forgiveness...something just came out. I'm reading now.
