CCR anyone

I have been getting threatening calls from a company saying that they are CCR a check and credit reporting division of the National Attorney Network. They have stated in their last call that if I don't call them by 5 tomorrow that they will put the case forward in my county. What do I do? Anyone else dealt with them? Are they for real?

An attorney in your area can tell you whether you have a claim for harassment against this company under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (the FDCPA). Find a local attorney at the site for the National Association of Consumer Advocates, www.naca.net (it's a non-profit). Good luck.
