I have payday loans all internet in Oklahoma:
One click cash 400.00 have paid 360.00 in fees sent an email stating they are illegal in Oklahoma and they have sent me to there compliance department and I can not get anyone to talk to me on the phone they said they will be contacting me within 48 hours.
impact cash 350.00 paid 315.00 but they did settle for 140.00 i sent in moneygram today thought it was best to not fight and take the offer.
eme/epayday 350.00 have paid 420.00 called them today they said they would settle for 350.00 I told them to stick it but have thought maybe I should call back and take it as i have read alot about them on this site.
ZIP19 700.00 have paid nothing defaulted a week ago due to death in family they are giving me until Friday to pay 897.97 by money gram
loanpoint usa 600.00 have paid 180.oo tried to settle today they said to bad they are legal here and they wont budge.
Cannot really close account at this time it is overdrawn and I work 2 jobs so have multiple direct deposits bank cannot put ACH hold told me best to close account.
What help or dealings has anyone had with these that are not willling to budge. I work for the Government and canot take chance of calls at work
