Has anyone had problems putting a hard block regarding ACH debits with Wachovia.

I bank with Wachovia and I would suggest you close your account and open a new one. The hard block would only be temporary and some could slip through. I just called Wachovia and told them I had some emails that seemed suspicous. They immediatedly closed my account and opened a new one for me. I did keep calling to make sure that nothing would come through via the old account and nothing did. Let me know if you have any questions.
