Garnishment has to come from the court. If you were never serve
Garnishment has to come from the court. If you were never served any summons then you need to contact the courts and get the information from this judgement, particularly look to see the method of service. Then you need to get this judgement vacated due to improper service. Once that is done you can have the garnishment reversed and get that money back. Then you should DV the bozos who pulled this sneaky case against you and possibly sue them for all this BS.
