Yesterday I contacted Cashnet USA about a payday loan that I have with them for $668.81 that will be defaulting on Wed 11/12. They were helpful and allowed me to set up 3 equal payments to pay it off, but did tell me that my debit would have to be returned before the arrangements could go into affect because of the state that I am in (Michigan). I am not super happy about that, but am willing to accept it and pay the NSF charges to get this taken care of.
My question is that I did ask them to email me the arrangements and they said they would, but I have not received anything yet and I am just wondering if they are good about keeping their word as far as their payment agreements go. I am just so stressed out about all of this! Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks so much for replying so quick! It's a relief to hear that they keep their word! Will they only try to debit the account once on the due date? I have been reading that other people have had them debit again and try 2 different amounts or is that just because they haven't set up arrangements with them yet? Also my last question is will the arrangements show up in my online acct with them so that I can view them?

My experience with them just happened on my paydate of 10/31/08. My loan was currrent with them when I exercised my right to an EPP payment arrangement. They complied with 3 payments of 196.09 / 196.08 196.08 the last payment scheduled to be withdrawn on 11/14 and the first payment was taken on 10/17. However on 10/31 they took the 196.08 and an extra 88.25. When I called them they were like sorry but oh well too bad so sad!!!!! I called CFSA and got the VP of operations phone number from them. He worked with me (a very nice gentlemen by the way) and they offered to pay any bounced fees from my account (I was not planning on an extra 88.25) so to make a long stroy short, my bank account did not go negative but I am now paid in full and done with them. I was going to file the complaint with CFSA because I really think it was done on purpose because I asked for an EPP and they probably thought they were not going to get their money but the VP was so nice I decided not to do it.

Watch your account and make sure you call them prior to the withdrawal and confirm with them your payment arrangement so they only take what was agreed upon.
