You can't access the free consultation link when you're logged in. It's a part of the signup process. Once you're signed up, the system assumes [mistakenly in your case] that you no longer want/need it. Log out of the site, and go to the home page. You should be able to access it from there.

Yup, that works. I just checked it in a different browser to make sure.

Uncle is right. As per now, our site's technical system is set-up in such a way where a community member can't see the sign-up form when he/she is logged in. Our technical team is working on it and will be in place within a short period of time.

Please don't think that we don't care about you. You're a revered member of our community, and we all respect and love you. If I have said anything to you which may have hurt your feelings, then please let me convey to you that it was completely unintentional and I'm extremely sorry for my unintentional fault.

Our technical team is working on the sign up form. The problem in it is a bit complicated and will take up some time to be done, roughly two weeks or so.

According to the present technical set up of the "Sign Up" form, a community member who has logged in to his/her account can't see the sign up form and instead see the message

If you want to sign up the "Free Counseling form" then you have to log-out and sign it up.

A community member can also get the "Sign Up" form in the following page even when he/she is logged in: -
