I'm trying to send a cease & desist letter to PDR, who collects for GECC/CashDirectExpress but I can not get their physical address or fax number. I don't even know what PDR stands for! Can anyone help?

i have a few letters from this bottomfeeder.they are payday recovery.i have the letters at home and should have the address tomorrow if you can wait.they are a bad CA that collects for illegal pdl's.how much did you borrow from cash direct express and how much did you pay back in debits?i actually overpaid and they didn't care.just ak them to send a letter outlining the debt.

I borrowed $300 the first time and $500 the second time but actually they've agreed to a settlement where they applied the overpayment on the first loan to the second loan. I'm willing to pay $125.50 in order to have it PIF. However, while we were negotiating they sicced this PDR on me. I want to send them a C&D so they get off my back since Cash Direct Express has not pulled it yet.

if 125.50 is what you owe i would pay it.but get it in writing from this pdl.then tell them to call off the bottomfeeder.

Oh, I'm definitely going to pay the money, but I haven't gotten a finalization because they want to take it out of my checking account. I had to close my checking account. So I want to send a money order or certified check. But I haven't heard back yet (this was Tuesday). In the meantime, this PDR is bugging the heck out of me! I want them to stop. So I need to send the C&D soon :D

yes send the C&D to PDR asap.then drive your point home of money orders or no payment.they are illegal in your state and have no right to demand bank info.also get it in writing of the settlement.if they won't do that they just want your bank info to continue debiting.
