My husband took out paydayloans online, we are in California, and two weeks later was laid off. There are still balances with two. I contacted both to inform of situation and make arrangements.

500fastcash.com
original loan 300.00 with 90.00 fee
have paid 180 in fees.
After contacting the compliance department they offered to settle for 120 still owed towards original. Payment due by 12-5. We will be able to make payment and be done.

Zip19.com
original loan 500.00
payment was due after he was laid off so nothing has been paid.
I have repeatedly tried e-mailing zip19 and have only received responses saying to call. Calling them has gotten nowhere. The number they have for us is one that we no longer have access to so they can not call us.

On this site I found an address in Malta. Is that a good address to send a certified letter too? We intend to pay but can not get any where with zip19 in taking care of the debt. Is there another e-mal besides customercare@zip19.com?

I just need advice on what I should do next in regards to zip19.
Our bank account has been closed and a new one opened.

Thank you!

I also had a loan with them then I had a death in the family, I sent an email to the address you have it was about a week later they finally responded they would setttle for the principal amount only no fees and i have until dec 19 to make payments by western union or moneygram, it also says they will not call during the time they have given me to pay, I thought this was a good deal as I only owe the principal hang in there keep emailing the same address they will respond.

i also had a payday loan that i couldn't honorbut zip 19 said they can just take away my paycheck- I have faxed and mailed a c & d letter to them , my bank and my payroll department. International is apparently an issue but your could file a complaint with california dept of corporations and get a hold of the Attorney General
