Bank of America ECS process

Yes they should..I would be all over them until they reverse those charges..if they posted the money back to your account then they also are acknowledging that those transactions were unauthorized so they should take off those NSF fees....just keep at them.

I had to wait for the items to post to my account to file the affidavit. They posted on a Friday and I filed the claim on a Monday. The ECS guy told me that the computer was going to return the charges and that filing a claim wouldn't help me. That Monday afternoon the charges were returned, the NSF fees were assessed, the affidavit came this Monday, I returned it certified. They signed for it today. Even if the computer returned those charges, shouldn't BofA refund those NSF fees since I filed the dispute. I have the paperwork and BBB dispute I have filed about this company as my proof that I withdrew the authorization.

My Bank of America said don't worry everything will be back charged and I won't have to pay a dime. and 200 cash com was one of the culprits
