I have attempted to contact money and more several times about payment arrangements. They ignored my ach revocation and now I get this email from them.

Please contact us IMMEDIATELY by return e-mail to make acceptable payment arrangements and avoid further legal and collection activity and legal fees by advising us of your next payday and/or when funds wll be available in your account for immediate re-deposit. Again, this is a BAD CHECK and should be taken very seriouly, so please contact us asap! If we don't hear from you we will be forced to report you to all 3 major credit bureaus.

This is the internet payday front of Money & More in Hemet, CA. I live in New Mexico. How do I proceed? I was ignored before what do I do?


Are you sure that it is a payday loan company? According to BBB, nature of business of Money and More: -

So, they are out of the purview of payday loan laws.

None of these numberr are working numbers. I never took a payday loan or installment loan out in my life they are claiming I did. Is this a scam and how do I shut them down!
