Paying back the payday loans

Hi Everyone,
I am wanting to send my payday loan companies money towards my loan as I can. The only thing is I don't want them to get my information and start taking more money that I want. So my question is what kind of payment should I send to these companies and what other things should I keep on file to prove the payments?
I will be sending C&D letters to all the companies and tell them to send paper statements only.

Also, I have a cash call loan and I pray that noone gets them. I'm currently not paying them and I know they will sue, but I'm trying to save all the money to pay them off quickly before that happens! I need a miracle haha! I'm done with pay day loans and cash calls after it is all said and done.
