:!: They are a fraud. Used this group along with the Back Bay Group and several other of their partners for several years, all to no avail. Never met a single person who has completed the process to any satisfaction.

They are scam artists. Their bullshit is accurate, but the process is flawed in that the system and the courts will not support the arguments though sound.

The courts work for the system. The arguments merely forestall the rejection of the legal argiuements set forth by the defendants.

These scam perpetrators hide behind their management with numerous surnames.

Thanks. I pretty much figured they were con artists. I talked to an attorney if Florida last spring who assured me that cc companies would not take you to court for small amounts because they did not want to waste their time and money...yeah right. I have two suing me right now, both are Capital One accounts. They each started out at $500.00 and are now $1000.00 (according to attorney). I am sure they are getting their kick back on it and would not be a bit surprised if they were the "buyers" of the two accounts.
