Can someone please tell me if they are legal and I need to find an example of a letter revoking ACH/wage assignments, etc.

i'm positive all of these are illegal.the first thing you need to do is close your account and open a new one.these places will debit indefinitely.stop payments don't work.before you send any letters get your account taken care of.then if you scroll down on the right where it says ALSO SEE click the sample letters section.that should have what you need,but again close that account and open a new one first.
