I received an email from New Jersey Consumer Affairs department and it stated that AR Technologies IS NOT LICENSED TO COLLECT!!! Guess thats why they don't validate and turn accounts over to other collection agencies. I can forward the email if anyone wants to see it.

So what does that mean, I don't have to pay them?

Hi Julie878,

Contact the original company with whom you have the debt. If your account is sent to AR Solutions, the details must be given to you in writing. Unless your debt gets validated, you have the legal rights to refuse payments. If you send money without having any proof, your money might go wasted.

It will be better to contact the original company and make arrangements with them.
