How do I consolidate payday advance loans

My husband was out of work for about 2 years and I amassed several payday advance (6)and other small loans (3) that I can no longer seem to manage without some type of consolidated monthly payment. I've tried to get a loan to pay them off but was denied by all. How can I get help without bankruptcy?
