how much was borrowed and how much paid back total?this is an overseas illegal pdl.so anything debited goes toward the loan.are they calling you because you defaulted?if so just know they can't do anything to you,but call.just don't talk to them.

I paid them off 4 years ago, but they keep popping up on my cell phone about every 6 months telling me that I now owe them $4000. This time they are calling saying they are an Officer who is going to show up at my house, then they give the address and say they are going to arrest me.
