Automatic payments to Oakview Law Group

I have a question for you all:

Has anyone else out there experience trouble with their automatic payments being taken out prematurely for the last two months to Oakview Law Group? I was scheduled for an 11/1 payment to them, which ended up being debited on 10/27, therefore throwing my checking account into overdraft. I was mad, but I was assured that someone at Oakview had talked with a senior official at Bank of America, and they were going to rectify the problem so that didn't happen going forward. So again, I was scheduled for a payment that was supposed to come out on 12/1, and guess what -- it came out last Friday, 11/21, throwing my account into overdraft again. They tried to tell me that the 11/21 payment was really for November, which makes no sense to me at all. Is anyone else having trouble? I'm just curious. I'm quite upset, and I just don't understand why all of a sudden I am having problems with my last two payments.
