Indiana/ Made the mistake of a bad debt settlement company{Credit Solutions}went to court myself and trying to deal with the collectors myself. They wanted things I could not do like pay 6,000 down to get 300 dollar a month payments, then after a few months when the judge said for us to work it out before the garnishment, they wanted 11,500 over 2 months.I have been garnished for 6 months now and it is taking a toll on my wife and 2 children.I downloaded a hardship package and went to the court and the clerk would not let me appeal it.I only have about 50 dollars to spare a month after bills. Why can a court not allow this so I can continue to pay something instead of driving me towards bankruptcy that I do not want to do.

The action is "proposed" it has not been certified as a class. The foundation of the suit is flawed, claiming CROA which does not apply. Do a quick search for "Amicus brief for Credit Solutions" for clarification.
